Dear Parents,
I invite you to discover the distinction that makes our school an extraordinary place of learning for children from Pre-K 4 through 8th grade. When you select Saint Jude the Apostle Catholic School, you join a community bound by faith, with families passionate about education, students fully engaged in their learning, and teachers committed to their practice as caring professionals.
The application for the 2026-27 school year is closed. The application for the 2027-2028 school year will open on Monday, October 5, 2026, and the deadline to apply is Monday, February 8, 2027.

Let us know that you are interested in Saint Jude the Apostle Catholic School by submitting an inquiry form on our website. You will be contacted within 48 hours by phone and/or email.
-2- Attend an Information Session (Pre-K 4/Kindergarten only)
Pre-K 4 and Kindergarten Information Session #1 - Tuesday, September 29, 2026, 9:30-10:30am
Pre-K 4 and Kindergarten Information Session #2 - Tuesday, September 29, 2026, 7:00-8:00pm
Parents interested in learning more about our full-day Pre-K 4 and/or Kindergarten classes for 2026-27, should plan to attend one of the sessions. Principal Mrs. Molly Dean will be presenting and you will hear from Mrs. Shannon Blackburn, Director of Admissions, to learn more about the admissions process.
The full day Pre-K 4 class welcomes children turning four years old on or before September 1st.
The Kindergarten class welcomes children turning five years old on or before September 1st.
-3- Attend an Open House, Schedule a Tour
Open House #1 - Wednesday October 14, 2026, 5:30-7:30pm
Open House # 2 - Sunday, January 31, 2027 11am- 1pm
We encourage you and your child(ren) to attend our Open Houses as it is designed with the whole family in mind. You will get a tour of the school led by a student ambassador or PTA Member, who will be available to answer questions, show you our classrooms and introduce you to our amazing teachers along the way.
Campus tours start in mid-October and are designed to answer specific questions about the curriculum and the admissions process. Our Director of Admissions will lead a guided tour of the campus. Tours last approximately one hour and a reservation must be made in advance. By visiting our campus, you will be able to see first-hand what sets us apart from other schools in the area.
-4- Complete the Online Application
Application for the 2026-27 School Year Opens - Monday, October 5, 2026
Application closes - Monday, February 8, 2027
Create a FACTS login and password, and complete the online application by February 8, 2027.
In order to complete the application, you will need to upload the following documents: birth certificate, Immunization Form GA3231, and for Catholic Applicants, a Baptismal Certificate. You will also need to submit an Archdiocesan Parish Verification Form (Catholic applicants only). There is a fee of $175 per applicant.
-5- Attend Shadow Day (6th and 7th Grade Applicants only)
Middle School Shadow Event - Tuesday, February 9, 2027, 9:00 -11:30 AM
We offer a half-day shadowing event for rising 6th and 7th grade students that have submitted an application. This is an opportunity for prospective students to meet students and teachers, and learn more about life in middle school.
-6- Schedule Applicant Testing
New Applicant Testing Day – Saturday, February 20, 2027, 8:00am-3:00pm
Make up Date for New Applicant Testing – Tuesday, February 23, 2027, 8:00am-3:00pm
Testing takes approximately one hour.
You will receive an email with your child’s testing date and time within 2 business days of the admissions office receiving your completed online application.

Admissions Notification Letters Mailed - Friday, April 2, 2027
Admissions Email Notification - Saturday, April 3, 2027 after 8 AM
