Parents of applicants must create a SchoolSpeak account with a login and password to pay the application fee and complete the application. Attention current parents: You may use your current SchoolSpeak account with your login and password.
The application does NOT have to be completed in one session. Applicants may save their work and resume the application at a later date by returning to this page. Please make note of your login and password. Once the application is submitted, it cannot be revised.
Applicants are asked to pay the $175 fee online through the PayPal link at the end of the application. ($85 if applicant applied to St. Jude the Apostle Catholic School for the 2016-17 school year)

The application process is considered complete once the following have been met:
- online application has been submitted
- the application fee has been paid
- the supplemental forms and additional documents have been received by St. Jude School
- The applicant has completed his scheduled admissions testing at St. Jude School on February 11 or February 25, 2017
