Job Description: Business Manager

 

Saint Jude the Apostle Catholic School, in Sandy Springs, GA, seeks a Business Manager to oversee financial, accounting, payroll, and business operations in support of the school’s mission and philosophy. Responsibilities include: student billing and collections; financial aid review using FACTS; AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processing; bank and balance sheet reconciliations; monthly financial statements; budget participation and monitoring; payroll and benefits coordination; employee onboarding and compliance; audit support; database maintenance; and collaboration with administrators, faculty, staff, parents, and the Chancery. Experience with internal controls required. This is a full-time, 12-month position that includes benefits. Accounting or finance experience is required. Qualifications should include strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with ParishSoft Accounting and/or Sage INTACCT preferred. Job Description: School Counselor

 

Saint Jude the Apostle Catholic School in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a caring, relational, and proactive full-time School Counselor to support students in grades PreK–8. This role is designed for a counselor who thrives in a school setting and serves as a visible, trusted presence in the building, helping students develop strong social-emotional skills and navigate everyday challenges. The counselor will provide classroom guidance lessons on topics such as friendship, emotional regulation, and decision-making; lead small groups; and offer short-term, solution-focused support for concerns such as peer conflict, mild behavior issues, and student stress. This position partners closely with teachers and families, offering practical strategies to support student well-being, while also recognizing when more intensive support is needed and making appropriate referrals for outside services. The ideal candidate is warm, approachable, and proactive, understands the role of a school-based counselor and is committed to fostering a positive, faith-filled environment where every child feels known, supported, and able to thrive.
