Dear Parents,
I invite you to discover the distinction that makes our school an extraordinary place of learning for children from Pre-K 4 through 8th grade. When you select Saint Jude the Apostle Catholic School, you join a community bound by faith, with families passionate about education, students fully engaged in their learning, and teachers committed to their practice as caring professionals.
The application for the 2024-25 school year is closed. The application for the 2025-2026 school year will open on Monday, October 14th, 2024, and the deadline to apply is Friday, February 7th, 2025.

Parents interested in learning more about our full-day Pre-K 4 and/or Kindergarten classes for 2025-26, should plan to attend one of the sessions. Principal Mrs. Molly Dean will be presenting and you will hear from Mrs. Aileen Leahey, Director of Admissions, to learn more about the admissions process.
The full day Pre-K 4 class welcomes children turning four years old on or before September 1st.
The Kindergarten class welcomes children turning five years old on or before September 1st.
-3- Attend an Open House, Schedule a Tour
Open House #1 - Wednesday, October 16, 2023, 5:30 - 7:30 PM
Open House # 2 - Sunday, January 26, 2024, 11:15 AM - 1 PM
We encourage you and your child(ren) to attend our Open Houses as it is designed with the whole family in mind. You will get a tour of the school led by a student ambassador or PTA Member, who will be available to answer questions, show you our classrooms and introduce you to our amazing teachers along the way.
Campus tours start in mid-October and are designed to answer specific questions about the curriculum and the admissions process. Our Director of Admissions will lead a guided tour of the campus. Tours last approximately one hour and a reservation must be made in advance. By visiting our campus, you will be able to see first-hand what sets us apart from other schools in the area.
-4- Complete the Online Application
Application for the 2025-26 School Year Opens - Monday, October 14, 2024
Application closes - Friday, February 7, 2025
Create a FACTS login and password, and complete the online application by February 7th, 2025.
In order to complete the application, you will need to upload the following documents: birth certificate, Immunization Form GA3231, and for Catholic Applicants, a Baptismal Certificate. You will also need to submit an Archdiocesan Parish Verification Form (Catholic applicants only). There is a fee of $175 per applicant.
-5- Attend Shadow Day (6th and 7th Grade Applicants only)
Middle School Shadow Event - Wednesday, February 12, 2025, 9:00 -11:30 AM
We offer a half-day shadowing event for rising 6th and 7th grade students that have submitted an application. This is an opportunity for prospective students to meet students and teachers, and learn more about life in middle school.

Testing Day for Pre-K 4 and Kindergarten Applicants - Saturday, March 1, 2025
Testing Day for Pre-K 4 - 7th Grade Applicants - Saturday, March 8, 2025
Testing takes approximately one hour.
You will receive an email with your child’s testing date and time within 2 business days of the admissions office receiving your completed online application.

Admissions Email Notification - Saturday, April 5, 2024 after 8 AM
Deadline to Accept Admissions Offer and Deposit Due - Thursday, April 11, 2024
