Thank you for your interest in Saint Jude the Apostle Catholic School! Our application for the 2022-23 school year will open on Monday, October 18, 2021. Your child will be assigned an applicant testing date and time upon receipt of the application and application fee. The applicant testing dates are February 26 and March 5, 2022. The admissions committee will review the application, applicant test results, and all additional paperwork. All decision letters will be mailed on April 1, 2022, and an email will be transmitted on April 2, 2022.

Application Process

The application process is considered complete once the following have been received by our admissions office:

  • Complete the Online Application on SchoolSpeak
  • Pay the application fee ($175) through PayPal (fee covers applicant test and test results)
  • Email supplemental documents to admissions@saintjude.net
    • Birth Certificate (copy acceptable)
    • Baptismal Certificate (Catholic applicants only; copy acceptable)
    • Immunization Form GA3231 (copy acceptable) Please note: The state of Georgia and the Archdiocese of Atlanta require up-to-date immunizations for school attendance. The Catholic church does not recognize an immunization exemption based upon matters of conscience/religious convictions.
    • Educational/Psychological Evaluations (if applicable)
  • Submit the Archdiocesan Parish Verification Form (Catholic applicants only)
    • Online Form - All Saint Jude Parish families use this form
    • PDF Form - Catholic families of other parishes use this form
  • Submit the appropriate Student Evaluation Form to your current teacher(s)
  • Submit the Release of Records (School Transcript) to your current school
